Testing Phase Notice

Juggling is currently in active development and testing. While we work hard to maintain data integrity, data loss and service disruptions may occur during this phase as new features are developed and deployed. We recommend keeping your own backups of critical information. We will notify you of any significant issues that affect your data.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Juggling, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Juggling is a time tracking and project management application designed for freelancers and teams. The service allows you to track time, manage projects, and generate reports for your work activities. We use analytics (Google Analytics on the web, Firebase Analytics in the mobile app) to understand usage patterns and improve the product. Analytics data is anonymous and you can opt out at any time (via the cookie consent banner on the web, or in Settings on the mobile app).

3. Testing Phase & Data

Current Status: Juggling is currently in a testing phase. This means:

Features may change, be added, or removed without notice
Bugs and unexpected behavior may occur
Data loss is possible due to system updates, bug fixes, or unforeseen issues
Service disruptions may occur as new features are developed and deployed
We recommend maintaining your own records of critical time tracking data

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of any significant issues affecting their data via the email address associated with their account.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Providing accurate information during registration

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
Interfere with or disrupt the service
Upload malicious content or code

6. Mobile Application

The Juggling mobile application provides additional features that require specific device permissions:

Location Access: Used for automatic time tracking based on your saved work locations. Background location is required for geofencing to work when the app is not in the foreground. This feature is optional and can be disabled in Settings.
Phone & Call Log Access (Android): Used to automatically detect and log phone calls for time tracking purposes. This feature is optional, disabled by default, and can be enabled in Settings.
Notifications: Used for timer reminders, geofence arrival/departure alerts, and call tracking notifications.

You may revoke any of these permissions at any time through your device settings or the app's Settings screen. Revoking permissions may limit certain features but will not affect core functionality.

7. Our Commitment to You

We commit to:

Protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly (see our Privacy Policy)
Notifying you of significant issues that may affect your data
Making reasonable efforts to resolve issues promptly
Being transparent about the current state of the service
Listening to your feedback and improving the service

8. Limitation of Liability

Given that Juggling is in a testing phase, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, business interruption, or other damages arising from your use of the service. By using Juggling during this testing phase, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the application. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
